Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Batter: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir just until combined.
- Bake Brownies: Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
- Make Banana Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, beat together the banana pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
