Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easier cleanup.
- Prepare the bagels: Arrange the mini bagel halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, bake them for 3–4 minutes to lightly toast the bagels for a crisper texture.
- Add sauce and toppings: Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza or marinara sauce evenly over each bagel half. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and a little grated Parmesan cheese on top.
