Description

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. Season the chicken: Evenly season all sides of the chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper. Place the seasoned chicken cutlets in a single layer on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until smooth and evenly incorporated.
