Description

A refreshing and nutritious Fruity Yogurt Parfait layered with creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and a mix of fresh berries and banana. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack, this no-cook recipe is quick to assemble and customizable to your favorite fruits and sweeteners.

Ingredients

Scale

Yogurt Mixture

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Layers

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Garnish

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sweeten the Yogurt: In a small bowl, stir the honey or maple syrup into the Greek yogurt if you prefer a sweeter parfait.
  2. Layer the Parfait: In serving glasses or jars, add a few spoonfuls of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add Granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt to add crunch.
  4. Add Fruit: Add a layer of mixed berries and sliced banana on top of the granola.
  5. Repeat Layers: Continue layering yogurt, granola, and fruit until the glass is filled, ending with fruit and a small sprinkle of granola.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Add a fresh mint leaf on top for garnish if desired. Serve immediately for crunch or refrigerate for 30 minutes to soften granola slightly.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt.
  • Customize the fruit layers with your favorite fruits such as mango, kiwi, or pineapple.
  • Add chia seeds or flaxseed to boost nutritional content.
