Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes recipe that combines crispy air-fried potatoes with tender, flavorful chicken coated in a rich Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce and topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

Scale

Potatoes

  • 4-5 small to medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • Olive oil, enough to coat potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, enough to coat chicken

Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Additional Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
  2. Season the potatoes: Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure they are evenly coated with the seasoning and oil for optimal flavor.
  3. Air fry the potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (204°C) for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking to promote even browning.
  4. Prepare the chicken: While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken breasts into cubes to ensure they cook quickly and evenly.
  5. Cook the chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  6. Season the chicken: Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to coat all pieces.
  7. Add garlic and sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic and enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce to coat the chicken evenly. Stir to combine and heat through.
  8. Combine potatoes and chicken: Add the crispy air-fried potatoes to the skillet with the chicken and stir to mix everything thoroughly.
  9. Add cheese and melt: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Place the skillet under the oven broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melts and gets bubbly. Alternatively, cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt on the stovetop.
  10. Garnish and serve: Optionally, top with dried parsley and a drizzle of additional Garlic Parmesan sauce for extra flavor. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust seasoning quantities according to your taste preferences.
  • If you don’t have an air fryer, the potatoes can be roasted in the oven at 425°F for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Broiling time may vary depending on your oven, so watch carefully to avoid burning the cheese.
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce is key for authentic flavor; substitute with a similar creamy garlic Parmesan sauce if unavailable.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated on the stovetop or microwave.
