- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, enough to coat chicken
Toppings
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Additional Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
- Season the potatoes: Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure they are evenly coated with the seasoning and oil for optimal flavor.
- Air fry the potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (204°C) for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking to promote even browning.
- Prepare the chicken: While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken breasts into cubes to ensure they cook quickly and evenly.
- Cook the chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Season the chicken: Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to coat all pieces.
- Add garlic and sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic and enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce to coat the chicken evenly. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Combine potatoes and chicken: Add the crispy air-fried potatoes to the skillet with the chicken and stir to mix everything thoroughly.
- Add cheese and melt: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Place the skillet under the oven broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melts and gets bubbly. Alternatively, cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt on the stovetop.
- Garnish and serve: Optionally, top with dried parsley and a drizzle of additional Garlic Parmesan sauce for extra flavor. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust seasoning quantities according to your taste preferences.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, the potatoes can be roasted in the oven at 425°F for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Broiling time may vary depending on your oven, so watch carefully to avoid burning the cheese.
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce is key for authentic flavor; substitute with a similar creamy garlic Parmesan sauce if unavailable.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated on the stovetop or microwave.
