- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Prepare the Grill and Bread: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil. Grill the slices for 1 to 2 minutes per side until they are lightly toasted and marked with grill lines. Remove and set aside.
- Grill the Pineapple: Place the pineapple rings on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and cut into bite-sized chunks for easier assembly.
- Make the Spicy Honey: In a small bowl, combine the honey and red pepper flakes, stirring well to infuse the honey with a gentle kick of heat.
