- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced sausage
Vegetables & Seasonings
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Other Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 8 tortillas
Instructions
- Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat to keep the mixture lean.
- Sauté Mix: Add diced pepperoni, crumbled bacon, sliced sausage, diced bell pepper, diced red onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté everything together for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine flavors and soften the vegetables.
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for warming the tortillas and baking the tacos.
- Warm Tortillas: Lay the tortillas on a baking sheet and warm them in the preheated oven for 2 to 3 minutes, just until they become soft and pliable.
- Spread Sauce: Remove the warmed tortillas from the oven and spread a generous layer of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Add Toppings: Distribute the meat and vegetable mixture evenly across the tortillas. Then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced black olives on top of each.
- Bake Tacos: Return the loaded tortillas to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Rest And Serve: Let the tacos rest for a minute before serving to allow the flavors to meld together for the best taste experience.
Notes
