Description

Instructions

  2. Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until the filling is creamy and fully combined.
  3. Assemble the pies: Spoon the filling evenly over the prepared crusts and smooth the tops with a spatula.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  5. Serve: Before serving, top each mini pie with whipped cream and garnish with extra lime zest or lime slices as desired.
