Description

This No-Bake Snickers Cheesecake is a rich and indulgent dessert combining a chocolate cookie crust with a creamy cream cheese filling studded with chopped Snickers bars. Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make Filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to maintain the airy texture. Then fold in the chopped Snickers bars evenly.
  3. Assemble Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until the cheesecake is completely set.
  4. Add Toppings: Before serving, sprinkle the cheesecake with the remaining chopped Snickers bars. Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauces evenly over the top. Optionally, add whipped cream to garnish each slice for extra indulgence.
