Description

This No-Bake Snickers Pie is a luscious and indulgent dessert featuring a creamy peanut butter and cream cheese filling studded with chopped Snickers bars. Set in a crunchy graham cracker crust and topped with caramel and chocolate sauce along with chopped peanuts, this pie requires no baking and is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with a rich, creamy texture and delightful crunch.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 (9-oz) store-bought graham cracker crust (10-inch)

Filling

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • â…“ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • â…“ cup caramel sauce, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 4 (1.86-oz) Snickers candy bars, chopped

Topping

  • 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate sauce
  • ¼ cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 (1.86-oz) Snickers candy bar, chopped
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, crunchy peanut butter, and 3 tablespoons of caramel sauce using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and chopped Snickers candy bars to evenly distribute the candy pieces.
  2. Assemble the Pie: Spread the remaining caramel sauce evenly over the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Then, spoon the cream cheese mixture into the crust, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Chill: Loosely cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours to allow the pie to set properly and the flavors to meld.
  4. Add Toppings and Serve: When ready to serve, drizzle the top of the pie with chocolate sauce and the remaining caramel sauce. Sprinkle chopped dry roasted peanuts and chopped Snickers bars over the top. Add a dollop of whipped cream if desired for extra creaminess and presentation.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • Use thawed Cool Whip to maintain the pie’s creamy texture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best texture and flavor.
  • Make sure to chop Snickers bars into small pieces for easy folding and topping.
  • Store leftover pie covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
