- Prepare the Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, chocolate chips (if using), and sea salt thoroughly.
- Mix: Gently stir the ingredients until well combined. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or peanut butter flavor to your preference.
- Prepare for Freezing: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prepare a mini muffin tin to hold the individual portions of yogurt bites.
- Shape: Spoon or pour the yogurt mixture into individual portions on the prepared baking sheet or into each cup of the mini muffin tin.
