- 32 oz bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs (homestyle variety recommended)
- 2 cups BBQ sauce (Kinders brand recommended)
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained well
- 5 cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1/2 – 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Combine sauce: In the slow cooker, mix together 2 cups of BBQ sauce, drained pineapple chunks, grated garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and diced green onions until well combined.
- Add meatballs: Stir in the frozen pre-cooked meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated with the spicy pineapple BBQ sauce mixture.
- Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2-2.5 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the meatballs are simmering evenly and infused with the sauce flavors.
- Serve: Garnish the cooked meatballs with additional diced green onions for a fresh pop of flavor and serve hot as a delicious appetizer or main course.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your preferred spice level.
- Using pre-cooked frozen meatballs saves preparation time and ensures even cooking in the crockpot.
- If desired, serve with rice or toothpicks for easy party snacking.
- Kinders brand BBQ sauce enhances the flavor but any sweet and smoky BBQ sauce will work well.
