Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a mason jar or airtight container, mix rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended to form the base mixture.
- Add Strawberries: Gently fold in the diced fresh strawberries, making sure they are evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquids and flavors.
- Stir and Adjust Consistency: In the morning, stir the mixture well. Add additional milk if a creamier texture is desired.
