Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking the cobbler.
- Prepare the Peach Filling: In a large bowl, gently combine the sliced peaches with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir carefully to mix and set aside to allow juices to develop.
