Description

A decadent no-bake White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna featuring layers of crumbly Golden Oreo crust, creamy white chocolate pudding, smooth cream cheese filling, and luscious blueberry pie topping. Perfect for a refreshing summer dessert that is both simple to prepare and visually stunning.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 package (14 oz) Golden Oreos, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Pudding Layer

  • 1 package (3.3 oz) instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Topping

  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 4 oz white chocolate, shaved or grated for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor, then combine with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust layer.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to create a light and fluffy layer. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  3. Prepare the pudding layer: In another bowl, whisk together the instant white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Spread this pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer in the dish. Chill for 10 minutes to allow it to set slightly.
  4. Add the blueberry layer: Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the pudding layer and gently spread it to cover evenly without mixing the layers.
  5. Chill the dessert: Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set and develop flavors.
  6. Finish and serve: Before serving, sprinkle the top with shaved or grated white chocolate to add an elegant finishing touch. Slice into 12 servings and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh blueberries mixed with a bit of sugar for the blueberry pie filling for a fresher taste.
  • For a firmer set, place the dessert in the freezer for 30 minutes before slicing.
  • Use a hot knife for cleaner slices.
  • Store leftover dessert covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
